CODA Museum has recently acquired a work by Noor Nuyten from the same series as a work we have in our collection: ‘Downtime On’ (2022).

In her Digital Dust series, Nuyten has translated everyday touchscreen movements -swiping, pinching, tapping- into physical reliefs, which are made from recycled electronic waste. Nuyten investigates how digitalization is altering our perception of space and time, and how these digital interactions leave tangible traces behind. Her work is conceptual, poetic, and innovative.

‘Downtime On’ is currently out on loan, but you can sign up for the waiting list via #linkinbio. Or come by for advice and discover another work to borrow! We are open Thursday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 5:00 PM, at Denneweg 14D, The Hague
